簡介General Description
此液壓動力單元專為自卸車加蓋改裝而設計，由高齒輪油泵、
直流電機、多用集成塊、各式液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機組合為一體。
由電磁換向閥的換向來實現密封蓋的啟閉，密封蓋的啟閉速度由
可調節流閥進行調節。
Used to operate a dubble action cylinder of the dumping truck covering
mechanism,This power unit consists of high pressure gear pump, DC motor,
multi-functional manifold,valves and tank。etc. The open and close action
of the covers are controlled by a solenoid directional valve,while the speed
is adjusted by the throttles.

注意事項Special Notes
1.本動力單元為S3工作制，不可連續運轉，30秒開，270秒停。
1.The duty of this power unit is S3,ie.,30seconds on and 270 seconds off.
2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質粘附。
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.
3.液壓油粘度應為15-68CST，應清潔無雜質，推薦使用N46號液壓油。
3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.
4.系統使用第一個100小時后，應更換液壓油，以后每3000小時更換一次液壓油。
4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours
5.本液壓動力單元適用于臥式安裝。Mounte the power unit horizontally.
6．首次啟動運行系統時，應立即檢查油箱中的油量是否充足。
