自卸拖車動力單元2 TIPPER TRAILER POWER UNIT2
簡介General Description
此液壓動力單元由高齒輪油泵、直流電機、多用集成塊、
液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機組合為一體。系典型的動力上升、
重力下降液壓回路。啟動電機實現上升，打開電磁卸荷閥實現
下降，下降速度由內置平平衡閥自動控制。廣泛應用于車輛機械
、園林機械等。
Equiped with a high pressure gear pump, DC motor,a multi-functional
manifold,valvesand a tank。This power unit has a power up gravity
down circuit。Start the motor to lift the machine and the lowing
movement is activated by the solenoid valve with the lowering
speed controlled by the pressure compensated flow control valve.
It is widely used in tipper trailer,fork lift and scissors lift.

注意事項Special Notes
1.本動力單元為S3工作制，不可連續運轉，30秒開，270秒停。
1.The duty of this power unit is S3,ie.,30 seconds on and 270 seconds off.
2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質粘附。
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.
3.液壓油粘度應為15-68CST，應清潔無雜質，推薦使用N46號液壓油。
3.The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.
4.系統使用第一個100小時后，應更換液壓油，以后每3000小時更換一次液壓油。
4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours
5.本液壓動力單元適用于水平安裝。The power unit should be mounted horizontally.
