登車橋動力單元2 POWER UNIT FOR DOCK LEVELER2

　　簡介General Description

　　此液壓動力單元專為登車橋設計，由高齒輪油泵、直流電機、

　　多用集成塊、各式液壓閥、油箱等零部件有機組合為一體。

　　動力單元在不通電時，主甲板與唇板浮動聯接，對油缸起保護作用。

　　This power unit is designed exclusively for the dock leveler,consisting

　　of high pressure gear pump, DC motor, multi-functional manifold,valves and

　　tank。etc. The power unit when does not electrify, main deck and the hypostoma

　　fluctuation joint, plays the protective function

　　to the cylinder.

　　注意事項Special Notes

　　1.此動力單元不可連續運轉，（1分鐘ON，9分鐘OFF）可重復工作。

　　1.The power unit is of S3 duty,which can only be worked intermittentiy,ie.,1 minute on and 9 minutes off.

　　2.安裝前必須保證油缸、油管、接頭等液壓元件清潔無任何雜質粘附。

　　2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concemed before mounting the power unit.

　　3.液壓油粘度應為15-68CST，應清潔無雜質，推薦使用N46號液壓油。The viscosity of the oil shoud be 15-68 cst.

　　4.系統使用第一個100小時后，應更換液壓油，以后每3000小時更換一次液壓油。

　　4.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit,then change the oil every 3000 hours

　　5.首次啟動運行系統時，應立即檢查油箱中的油量是否充足。

　　5．Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.
